Think back to the excitement of your holidays. Do you remember what it felt like to eagerly count down the days and the spectacle and anticipation of seeing the gifts ready to be torn to open? Many of the children in North Carolina Group Homes and Family Foster Care Homes during the holiday season may never have these experiences. Their lives have been turned upside down. Help sponsor a Foster Child's Holiday Wish List and you’ll help them create happy memories in an otherwise difficult time of their lives.

How does Fostering Faith Foundation make this happen and how can you help?

Each child writes their wish list. These are things they need and things they hope to receive. We then have the Children's' Homes submit the wish lists to us, and we then match the children with donors in our community to fulfill those wishes. It’s that easy!

We want to go bigger this year and make the magic of the holidays a reality for children who need it most and restore their faith in the holiday season once again

Here are the different ways you can get involved:

When you become a sponsor, you’ll receive a child’s name, age, clothing sizes, and wishes. You’ll purchase the gifts and coordinate a drop-off with us or at one of our sponsored Drop-Off locations. Start a new holiday tradition of giving back with your family and sponsor a child today. Fostering Faith Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your gift is tax deductible.
Email info@fosteringfaithfoundation.org for more information or to sign up to sponsor a child.

Unable to sponsor a child? There are many other valuable ways to help, including toy donation. These toys will be collected throughout the year to fulfill  the wishes of any child who didn’t get sponsored or came into Foster Care during December. You’ll coordinate your gift drop-off with us or at one of our Sponsoring Locations. Fostering Faith Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your gift is tax deductible.

Don't have time for shopping? Let the Fostering Faith Foundation Volunteers do it for you! Your valuable monetary donation will go toward the purchase of holiday gifts. Thank you for putting a smile and faith back into a child's life this holiday season! Fostering Faith Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your gift is tax deductible.

Xmas 2021.jpg

Christmas 2021: We were able to grant the Christmas wishes with the help of the community and donors for 170 Children in care, 10 Kinship families and 1 family in the community affected by home fire. This year also brought our first living wish, to which we were able to gift a girls cottage at one of the group homes with some new Goldfish Housemates!

In 2019, we had the calling to go further than we did in 2018. In placing a call to the  group home, we were able to request all the children's' holiday wish lists. We were given a list of 54 Foster Children. We had 46 families from NC, out-of state and a few out of countries help make the children's wish lists a reality. Our little helpers gave back to the staff and houseparent's that care for these children on a daily basis. 2019 had children ranging from 6 months to 19 years.

In 2020 we served 90 Foster Care Children in the community. We served 2 Group Homes, 1 Families loss of everything in a house fire and over 50 employees giving their amazing hearts to serve these children on site.
